AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete. Customers are responsible for configuring and using the Services appropriately and determining when human review is necessary.

We do not use customer data to train generalized artificial-intelligence models unless authorized by the customer or otherwise disclosed.

  • Service providers that support hosting, communications, artificial intelligence, analytics, security, customer support, and other business operations;
  • Third-party applications and integrations selected by our customers;
  • Professional advisors, including attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers;

We may also share information at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell customer data or call recordings for monetary consideration.

For example, if you interacted with an AI agent operated for an automobile dealership or another business, you should generally contact that business regarding your personal information.

09Your privacy rights

  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information;
  • Obtain a copy of certain information;

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

When we process information on behalf of a customer, we may direct your request to the appropriate customer.

10Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP, where applicable.

Even after opting out of marketing communications, you may continue to receive necessary transactional, security, account, or service-related messages.

11Children’s privacy

Our website and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at privacy@insighthive.ai.
